These are troubling times. Earth’s very existence is threatened. Alien invaders from outer space have been sent to destroy our planet. You have been called up to repel their attack. You must plan your battle strategy well and upgrade your fighter ship as the fight progresses to defeat the increasingly advanced alien space craft. Beware, their powerful overlords are watching and will join the fight to help the alien forces destroy us. We’re counting on you. Earth is counting on you. You can do it, you are a Space Cadet!

Have you ever been stuck on a level and had the feeling that if you just had one more upgrade then you'd be able to pass it? Well here's your answer, go to the Upgrade screen and simpley buy the upgrade you need and then continue on to destroy the enemy aliens. Note that none of the game balancing has been changed as a result of this update. The aliens are just as tough as they were before and they drop the same ammount of money as before, this just gives those players that need a little extra help to be able to continue on. 1.60 08/09/2011 - Added new level pack 'Alien Revenge' available via in-app purchase.
